9th Wonder is definitely one of the illest producers out there. His signature chopped up sampling is legendary across the hip-hop game. "The Wonder Years" features countless impressive underground instrumentals mixed with the most well-known underground emcees in the game. Overall, the album is a great project and introduction to 9th's work.

2. Band Practice Part 2 (feat. Phonte & Median) - From the moment this song starts, it captures your interest as Tigolo says "I wanna kiss you" ahaha. Then the beat drops and Phonte goes off over the boom bap instumental. From there, the two emcees kick rhymes back and forth. Nice track.

And Phonte does his thing as always. It's kind of a shocking track, but on the album.. it's my Favorite Song!!!
Overall, this album is worth downloading. If you're looking to expand your underground horizon or just some fresh hip-hop, then this album is for you. It's got the best beats out there, and it's got the hottest up and coming/established underground rappers in the game.
