Seems like everyone forgot about this album! As a producer, it's love/hate with Ski Beatz. I hated the first 24 Hour Karate School, but this one is better.
01. Metabolic (feat. Locksmith) - The beat on this one is crazy! And we have a Bay Area spitter on the track so that's always a plus. Favorite Song!!!
02. Moonwalking (feat. STS)
03. Looking For Me (feat. L.E.P Bogus Boys & Terri Walker) - I haven't listened to them much, but they have a lot of buzz right now. I didn't like much of their work previously, but I felt a little better about them on this one. Really loud beat; feels like an anthem song.

08. High Score (feat. Da$h) - This JETS emcee is way too slept on. He goes hard on this video game themed song
09. Frontin’ (feat. Tabi Bonney)
10. Cotton Candy (feat. Mikey Rocks) - Probably my favorite Artist on this album (maybe a tie with Freddie Gibbs). Cool Kids for life.
11. This World (feat. Najee) - The guitar riff on this song is sooo fuckin' good. Classic Ski Beatz right here.
12. You Already Know (feat. Stat Quo & GLC)
